Timeless Sash Windows is delighted to have been a window subcontractor on the project 2-3 Mallow Street in Limerick which recently took home 2 awards at the Irish Building and Design Awards 2602.

C & N Higgins Construction won the two awards:

• Heritage / Conservation Project of the Year (Small)
• Retrofitting / Renovation Project of the Year (Large)

Timeless Sash Windows would like to extend our congratulations to all involved at C & N Higgins Construction Ltd, in addition to the client Peter McVerry Trust, the architects Cj Falconer & Associates,, and the engineering team Malone O’Regan for civil and structural work.  Timeless Sash Windows completed the 21 new, historically accurate windows at the front of this building.

The Irish Building and Design Awards are organised by CMG Events and include 25 categories for awards, including a sustaianbility strategy award and building project of the year among them.
