An upmarket South Dublin development needs windows and doors that create a wow factor.

This new development in such a perfect location demands high calibre fitout from start to finish. We were tasked with windows and external doors throughout. This involved a collaboration with architects, builders, developers, interior designers and co-ordination with construction teams and tradespeople to ensure an on-time delivery.

The result speaks for itself. What do you think?

A word from the interior designers Pollard Design:

“We choose Railings by Farrow and Ball in Estate eggshell for the front doors: a softer alternative to black with blue undertones creates a commanding entrance. It also compliments the ironwork along the perimeter of the terrace from which it takes its name. We tried to be sympathetic to the colours that may have been chosen had this terrace been completed 157 years ago.”

The interiors are just as elegant through this property. Here is a little photo gallery to inspire you. All of the windows and doors are by Timeless Sash Windows.

Why not tag some of these images onto your Pinterest board of home ideas. You can see our boards here for even more ideas.

We have lots of options for the glass used in bathrooms where privacy is a necessity. This cloudy glass is elegant and discrete.

In all this is a property with sumptuous decor and wonderful period features, all made new with modern functionality. Our sales team can advise you of the best choices for your property – we specialise in bespoke timber windows and doors, as each client and each house have different needs.
