Kevin and Lisa-Marie Duffy approached us in March 2017 to refurbish their old sash windows and front door on the street side of their new Georgian townhouse in Monasterevin. The building was derelict when they purchased it.
Architect Anne Madaire, of AMK Architects in Kildare helped prepare their planning application. Key elements that they wanted to emphasize were ensuring that the windows were draught free.
We retained their original Georgian windows but removed the sashes to the Timeless factory to refurbish and repair them. New timber was spliced in where necessary. The window frames were refurbished on site by our extremely professional and knowledgeable fitting team.
