UK Project Delivery - Key Questions Answered

We understand that specifying an overseas manufacturer raises practical questions. Below we outline exactly how our UK delivery model works in practise.
1How do you manage installation in the UK?
All installation is carried out by our dedicated, England-based team. Installers are trained in-house to our exacting joinery standards , ensuring that every product is fitted with the same precision as it is manufactured. This approach guarantees consistency in quality, detailing and finish across every project..
2How are refurbishment and heritage projects handled?
We specialise in refurbishment and conservation work, including listed and heritage properties. Existing windows and doors are carefully removed by our team and securely transported to our manufacturing facility for restoration or accurate replication. Once complete, all joinery is returned to site and reinstalled. Window and door frames and shutters can be refurbished on site. This controlled approach ensures both protection of the building fabric with minimum intervention and consistency in the finished result.
3Can you work within conservation and planning constraints?
Yes, our joinery is designed to meet the requirements of conservation officers and planning authorities, particularly of Georgian and Victorian properties. We regularly produce bespoke profiles and detailing to match existing architectural features, while integrating modern performance standards.
4What assurances do you provide to UK architects and specifiers?
Our entire delivery model is designed to remove uncertainty at specification stage. - A dedicated UK-based installation team - In-house training ensures consistent quality - Full control over manufacturing and delivery process - Many years expereince in heritage and high-end residentail projects - All products are manufactured in line with UK performance expectations, including alignment when necessary with Secure by Design, Pas 24 and certification through BFRC.
5How do you manage logistics between Ireland and the UK?
All transport is fully managed as part of our service. We operate scheduled, project specific logistics to ensure timely movement of joinery between our manufacturing facility and UK sites. Phased delivery and reinstallation can be arranged to align with construction programmes, particularly important for refurbishment projects.
6Are there clear channels of communication?
We provide a single UK-based point of responsibility from initial survey through to final installation. We co-ordinate directly with architects, contractors and site managers, ensuring clear communication and accountability at every stage of the project.

From Georgian and Victorian restorations to new-build projects requiring authentic period detailing, we combine tradtional joinery expertise with the latest technology and a modern, structured delivery model to give you complete confidence.
