Over the years you have trusted us with one of the most important and beautiful features in your home or building. Firstly, that we will listen to your requests and advise you on the best solutions for your unique situation, and secondly replicate these in your property with the utmost respect and care for the surroundings. We focus on the best sustainable timber, glazing, paints and joinery techniques that are backed up with complete independent quality testing.

Today, as we are all affected by the ever-evolving changes with respect to the Corona virus Covid-19, these values are more important to us than ever.

We would like to reassure you that our family business, has our family and yours at the heart of what we do.

What we are doing about it

As such, we have put specific measures in place to ensure the safety of our customers and teams alike.

• Social distance is strictly adhered to, whether commuting to and from sites, manufacturing in our workshop, or necessary site meetings. We will always keep a minimum 2m.
• Any staff member that has recently returned from abroad or has any symptoms will be told to self-isolate for the recommended 2 weeks.
• Where possible, all meetings are conducted remotely by phone or online.
• We wear disposable gloves for all work and visits on site.
• We have a strict hygiene policy: washing hands, wiping surfaces with disinfectant and using hand steriliser.
• At our offices, all doors are kept open to minimise surface contact.
• Our break times are staggered on site and in our workshop and office.

Reassurance

We understand that our customers may hesitate in their decision to choose new windows at this time, or even whether to carry our pre-planned works. However, we would like to ensure our customers that we are taking all precautions and keeping abreast of this continually and rapidly changing situation.
